I am in a dilemma. My partner wants to put me on mortgage deeds, but I am in an IVA.

My Partner's finish paying is mortgage this year and has a good credit rating unfortunately I have been on IVA since April this year I had personal unsecured loan debts before i moved in with partner 7 years ago from my old address near enough 10k

I am in a dilemma he wants to put my name on the mortgage deed. What would be your advise

Ask him not to and wait until your IVA is completed and removed from files.

As Luluj says, do not go on the deeds until your IVA has completed. Apart from anything else acquiring any interest in the property will give the creditors an excuse to try and grab a share or extend your IVA by 12 months.

Even if your Supervisor was in agreement, being in the IVA is likely to either prevent a mortgage including you being successful or, at very least, result in less competitive products being available. This is aside of any of the valid points already made above.
