Will my wife's wages still be included in my IVA now that my salary has increased ?

Hi
My wifes wages(who is not in my iva)has been helping towards my iva since i took a lesser paid job.My salary has now increased to my original salary.Will my wifes salary still be included,even though she is not in my iva?

If your wife was helping you with the payments then this assistance should reduce or cease. As long as you are each paying your fair share of the bills only your surplus should go to your creditors and she can spend her own money as she sees fit.

Some firms try and take her money to increase the payments and thus their fees but they have no right to do this.
