We made last payment in June 2016, still waiting for completion certificate. We signed several forms at the end; for e.g allowing further PPI to be paid to IVA which we don't mind as we know all PPI has been paid over. One form in particular which made reference to the IVA company taking up to 12 months to complete. Ok we should not have agreed to this but then they would not have proceeded with closure if we didn't. Does this sound right and is there anything we can do ?
