Hello all, I'm currently in my first year of my IVA, so far everything had been going smoothly, I went through creditfix and so far they have been pretty good, up until I got home from work today to find a letter B136 Application for restriction. What is this? And should I be worried? I've not missed any payments or anything, unsure as to why this has been done by creditfix?

Hi. This is standard practice and should have been explained to you ( you will see this referred to as an "RX1" elsewhere on the forum).

It is merely a restriction on your property so that it cannot be sold without your IP's knowledge. As you (hopefully) are aware you need to look at the equity position closer to the end of the IVA -- this will be detailed in your paperwork.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
