Hi,

My partner and I received paperwork saying well done etc and the report with all the money paid in etc and how much are going to creditors and who voted on our variation meeting.....what is it though as I'm confused about it tbh as aperture are saying we still owe £150 I'm so confused along with my partner

Hi,

It could be an admin error or perhaps you underpaid something?

The only ones who can tell you will be Aperture so you need to speak to them tomorrow.

I'm going to get my partner to call when he has abit of time as we're so confused and are really struggling to get the £150 together to pay them....just when we think we can start getting straight something always happens we don't have much money left over after rent and council tax and food this is giving me sleepless nights again haha....oh well what a nightmare lol

If you have received your CC then I suspect this is not a problem to worry about or a payment that needs to be made, otherwise they would not have sent you the CC..

Could this be a shortfall they are bearing themselves, rather than expecting you to pay it?

I completed with payments made to date when my IVA became unaffordable ---- there was a £500 variation meeting fee, which the creditors reduced to £320. However, there was not enough "in the pot" to even cover the reduced fee and GT (as they were then) wrote it off.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
