I was told by DFD over phone my account is approved for closure. Had letter today saying due to nature of my query it is inecessary to refer my case to specialist team who will be in contact with you to advise in more detail. A member of clouded team will be in contact by phone or writing.
Does this mean there is a problem?

"clouded" ? Did you mean to type "closures" ?

It is usual for the IVA to be passed to a dedicated "closures team" for the final stages after the last payment has been made. Your letter sounds rather generic and is probably an automated mailing.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
