Can PayPlan claim money from an endowment policy after I have paid Full & Final ?

Was the emdownmemt policy mentioned in your iva at all ? When was it due to be ended ? It may be included in your iva and therefore captured under some rule.
You need to check your proposal and chairmans report documemts carefully.
If it was not included then agree wait until completely clear and certificate received.

The endowment would have had to have been addressed within the proposal and if it was excluded then you should be able to do what you like with it.
