Our IVA is being cancelled. What happens to all the money paid in ?

We have paid over 32000.00 into ore iva are depth was 27000.00 now it's being cancelled what happens to the money paid in

Any money paid in will be distributed to creditors, net of fees.

Why is the IVA failing at this late stage ?
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Have you met all your iva commitments ? What reason have they given for it to be failed ??

I'm now a bit confused Paula having looked at previous post of yours - you said a few years ago that it was failing. Did you manage to get another one?
