Hi and welcome,

So sorry to hear of your problems - please speak to your IP company for help.

You can also speak to CAB to see if you can get any help with benefits.

Bankruptcy could be an option if you have no assets to protect.

I, too, would suggest a visit to CAB for support with a meeting with an IP or debt professional.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

You could ask for a face to face meeting with your IP to discuss this. Perhaps creditors may agree to closing the IVA down now with payments to date so hopefully your IP can help. The CAB is also good advice from the others.

You might be able to finish the IVA instead by asking creditors to accept payments to date in F&F rather than go Bankrupt. You need to speak to your IP about the way forward.

Do this first.

Alternatively do you have any third parties that could help you with a settlement offer to bring the IVA to an early end?
