Hi all,

After being accepted for a Vanquis Card I have been keen the check on our 'Status'

I'm really annoyed, Hubby's noodle credit report is showing the IVA as complete and also on the Insolvency Register its saying 'Complete'

Mine on the other hand is showing as current on both?! Why is that? It'll be 3 months on Thursday from the date the Certificate of completion.

Ever feel like someone's having the last laugh? I've blooming sorted the whole mess out virtually! I lost the sleep and had the breakdown yet Hubby's has all but been completed by the book... Rarrrr! [V]
**23'04'14 - IVA Complete F&F Agreed with payments made to date oh and a fat PPI reclaim helped too. Completion Certificate received 23'10'14 ** After a couple of years of waking up and 'surviving' the day I now wake up and 'Live' for the day!!

Hi Jules

Mine only came off register 3 months to the day of CC being issued. Hubby was never shown on it don't know why as it was a joint IVA, also on noodle never showed for either of us.

I'm hopeful for the 11th in that case, I shan't hold my breath. It would be the icing on the cake if this was all sorted before the new year. I know it won't make a difference to our Credit reports until the 6 years has passed but it would be a refreshing feeling starting a new year with an officially fresh slate.

I wonder why your hubby was never showing on the register? Lucky devil

I feel for you .... i had the same issue ...did all of the work for our iva, kept us on track for its duration..lost sleep, made myself ill with worry, took second job on, started making things to sell and dealt with the creditors etc ..it took a few weeks for my credit report to clear once certificate and 6 years had passed!

Hi

I am sure that the Insolvency Register has to update a maximum of three months from notification from your IP so do chase them once this time has elapsed. Contact Noodle and insist that the IVA is removed from your records once it is no longer on the Insolvency Register

Thanks all,

I've send a 'report' to noodle with a comment stating we have our CC, just waiting for a reply which can take up to 28 days.

We're both still on the register this evening with no change to my status. Andy - When you say 'three months from notification from your IP' Would that be the date of the certificate or can it be ongoing if they haven't informed them? I'm just thinking as hubbys has all been done by the book, they may have missed me out by mistake?

Thanks :-)

The Insolvency Service usually date the three months from the date of the Certificate ( so they tell me).

Ooo Right - Do they update their records daily or is it on a monthly basis?

Tomorrow maybe the day! :-)

fingers crossed you've disappeared (from the register)!
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi Jules79,
I have been checking the register daily - my completion certificate was dated the 11th September. Yesterday i was still on the register but today i have disappeared :) That means it was exactly 3 months from the date of completion certificate. It is such a nice feeling now being off the public register - hope you will also be off there very soon.
IVA started Jan 2012
Last payment made June 2014 @100p
Completion certificate received Sept 2014

Rarrrrr!!!!

Just checked again & Hubby has come off it and I'm still showing on it with my status as Current!!

Nothing like rubbing salt into my weeping IVA wound :-(

I'm thrilled for you Urbanfox, I really thought today was the day... Another fight to get sorted by the looks of it?

very unfair but probably do as foggy suggests and contact them, hopefully they'll then update.
