Well my F@F offer was earlier today and as usual no communication etc from Creditfix
I know firms can be busy but things like this really do annoy me and how IVA companies can treat their clients.
If I ran a business like this I would not expect to successful
I have tried contacting them no use people not at their desk or now body knows anything
Sometimes I think because you are in an IVA you can be treated as a second rate person as you have no alternative and just have to take what comes to you

You are probably right but why set a time to be available at and then no one wants to speak to you

I have to agree with you SUC --- It is one of my prime bugbears: That they know they have you over a barrel and see no need for customer service at all!
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I phoned up after my offer and just as I did the email had popped through to say it had been accepted.

Keep phoning SUC - it is bad that they haven't contacted you.

I imagine they will have gone home now - first thing in the morning get on the phone and keep trying. What time was your meeting?

I agree, customer service should be paramount throughout the whole IVA.

Hoping you hear first thing, not a good example of customer service.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

This is the problem with some IVA factory firms - sometimes personal service/care is lost.

If the meeting was yesterday then you should have had a result yesterday.
