hello all, it has been over 2 year since I last posted. I was with melanie before the change and I am now with creditfix. my annual review is always november. last year due to the back log of transfers of iva's my annual review was not done u gil feb/March. not i&e's were requested and I thought this may be exceptional circumstances with the iva's from melanie transfering over.

so this month i was expecting i&e's request from credit fix. I just received a letter titled annual review showing details of payments so far and general info and not requesting any information does this mean I don't need to send i&e's.

others with creditfix, do you get an i&e request or do ppl just send it anyways because by the look of my letter it seems complete and exactly the same type of review/report i received last year?
In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity

Hi, seems odd as they really should review your income and expenditure etc., and ensure all is ok?

Hopefully one of our other posters who is a CF customer can advise?
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

If you look at it you will probably find a box has been ticked saying no review undertaken but that the report is protocol compliant.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Its possible you have been sent a copy of the Annual Progress Report which your Supervisor has to send to creditors and you each year. I'm surprised they sent any kind of review without actually completing one. Just ensure you keep your records in case they wise up in future and ask for info to do a backdated review.

They sent the same one to us twice 6 months apart - slightly different figures in some categories but all adding up to the same gross amount.

I got the same letter in August, but never got asked for I&E. Contacted them a few weeks ago and as I'm in the final year they don't need to review my I&E as long as I can meet the monthly amount

Yep, thought it was weird, thankfully my I&E hasn't drastically changed.

Couple of months left for us - that's why I'm interested.

I went from year five to year 6, no review, payments stayed as before...and I sent in an I & E without being asked.

btw I should add I never got any paper work, no annual update or anything. I'm relying on the annual statements from creditors to monitor progress.

Did you expect the additional year, hope they don't add another year on mine - I don't own any property, they've not said anything.

Hi Vito, I did expect the additional year, in fact I wanted it rather than an equity release which I'd be paying back for years to come. The only sticking point for me was the timing. My month 54 was right as the PJG to CF sale went through, but it went ok.

If you don't own any property then your IVA should complete on time.

My first review with CF after transferring from PJG was March/April and they asked for 6 months bank statements and payslips and obviously I&E. All was quite painless. Let's see on my next review eh! Lol
