Hi Greg, I can't see your signature but that could be connected to the browser I'm using. However if you ask Andy you could be listed in experts and your contact details will be in the ask experts a question link to the left and that way we can signpost people to you.

Again welcome from me

Hello and welcome (hope you have your tin hat handy :-) ).

Details appear as they should in your signature. As Lesley suggests, a word with Andy will get you into the Experts Section.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hi Greg and a hearty welcome to the forum.

I am so pleased to see a Creditfix presence on here and not a moment too soon.

There has been so much speculation, fear, confusion and frustration around the PJG transfer to Creditfix I'm sure your arrival will cause a fair few posts.

Welcome again and do please join in.
One pay-cheque away from oblivion!

Hi Greg

Welcome to the forum,it is good to finally see someone representing Creditfix.

I, as many others, recently received an email asking us to change the standing order details so our payments go into a new bank account and not the one we paid whilst with PJG. Several of us feel that including IVA in the reference is something we do not feel comfortable about and is not something we had to do whilst with PJG. It would be appreciated if we could just include all the other details you require in the reference but omitt the IVA from it, surely the other details would be sufficent? Having a constant reminder of the IVA on statements and the invasion of privacy it would cause if we have to show our statements to anyone( maybe as ID) is concerning and an added anxiety those of us in an IVA do not need.

Any clarification on this would be appreciated.

Stressed 1974,

I appreciate the concern, however, the IVA reference number is purely there to allow us to allocate any payments made.

The reference number does not appear on any bank statements you receive.

Payments will show as: SUSAN M WRIGGLESWORTH on any bank statements.

Hi Greg and welcome to the forum.

Can you please tell me why i have received a letter from your office a week ago( mid January ) regarding the signing of new T&Cs when i made my final payment in early December some 6 weeks earlier. My case should surely now be in your closures department and new T&Cs should surely not apply to my case as it is now payment complete. All i expect now is a swift closure process and receiving my CC.

You can post your reply on this forum if you wish as it may be of benefit to other readers in a similar position.
