Does anyone know the lead time on CF reviews? Have they caught up yet? Have sent paperwork, not anxious but just wondering as they've returned the originals to us.

Mine is nearly 8 weeks late, no info requests from them yet
I emailed last week again........
thought I would fill and send a PJG form to see if that prompts them

I emailed all my review stuff across on the Sunday evening and got a call and email confirmation to say no changes 3 days later. Tho I phoned them a day after my official review date and they instantly emailed me the official cover letter and I&E forms

Guess I was one of the lucky ones

Weird though! I wonder if it's because I have fluctuating wages?

I emailed and asked about the review and asked them to email the i&e form, they posted me the paperwork!! Got the letter 12 days after the date of the letter and they want a response in 14 even tho my review was due the 21st!Sending everything to them tomorrow. Hope they take into consideration that my husbands not been paying tax due to a cock up at the tax office so his salary is wrong!!

I emailed the other day saying our review due soon. Got instant response along with attached I&E form and a generic letter dated that day to say what i needed to send, gave me 14 days to reply and that my case was being handled by some team. I emailed back about a query and again quick reply. Ive not sent stuff yet (delay obtaining info hence my query). I dont think theyd have contacted me had i left it.

They do seem extraordinarily slack at doing what is, after all, their job.

We shouldn't be having to remind them of our review dates etc, that's THEIR job. Too busy trying to line their pockets further with the MVM still, I guess.. Priorities an' all that, eh?

Someone said the MVM wasn't a success for them?

I think it odd that all CF clients are appearing to instigate their own review. I suppose it gets it done but for those clients who just don't, what happens if there's a big uplift?
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
