entered or going into IVA since feb '08?

Please can people also enter this information here:

With enough information we hope to provide a guide on creditor voting patterns - useful to help figure out if IVA is likely to go through!

Can any poster who is about to go into an IVA or anyone who has entered into an IVA since 1st February 2008 and is aware of how the voting went advise me of same please. I am collating this information to establish who votes against proposals (assuming that the appropriate advice is for an IVA) so that I can take this information back to the Joint Standing Committee (I represent the Debt Resolution Forum (DRF) on such committee and I can establish any pattern of reasons for refusal. Any help would be most appreciated

Hi David, mine and hubbies IVA's were approved on 21st April '08.

Creditors were as follows:

Barclays Bank (Barclaycard) £6,392
GE Capital Finance (Store Cards x2) £1,790 and £2,227
HBOS (Personal Loan - joint) £20,854
HSBC cards £8,482
Lloyds TSB (credit card) £2,666
HSBC (personal loan - joint, overdraft)£15,290,
Lombard Cards (RBS) £10,780
RBS (Direct Line Loans) £16,799

Lloyds TSB voted no (with modifications), RBS voted yes for both. HBOS voted yes.

The others didn't vote. Don't know what the modifications were for Lloyds TSB.

Hope this helps

Link are not "horrible". They just have very high minimum dividend criteria of 50p in the £, which is quite interesting seeing as they are probably buying in the debts for significantly lower amounts.

Please can people enter this information here:
http://www.iva.co.uk/creditor_voting_list.asp

This is especially to record voting patterns so that people can see how creditors voted. Ultimately if we get enough information we can provide some kind of guide on creditor voting patterns. This could be used by people to help them figure out if their IVA is likely to go through.
