Hello All,
I just have a quick question please if that's ok.
My creditors meeting was held this afternoon yet I have still not received the phone call I was expecting to tell me of the outcome.
It stated on my letter that it was essential that I would be available to speak to someone on the day of the meeting yet I'm still nervously waiting.
Has anyone else had to wait so long before being contacted?
Would have been nice to have been told without having to ask !
Hopefully all went well. They ask you to be available in the event that the creditors propose any modifications to which you need to agree, or ask and background questions.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Thanks all, still havent heard anything but when I got home from work today hubby told me there had been a man from the court at the door this morning asking for me but wouldnt give any info as to what for,now I'm worried again as dont know what to say to him when he returns later. Ah well,we shall just have too see what happens over the next couple of hours.
Hi Melba - I would get straight on the phone to them now I think it is very unfair that they have made you waiting like this they should at least be keeping you updated regularly if there is a delay for any reason. best of luck to you for a positive outcome

Thank you Harrysmummy,I've just e-mailed the man that is dealing with it all and if I havent heard back before 3 I shall give him a ring and see whats happening.
There must be a problem otherwise they would have told you everything was fine. Who is the firm as they may have a representative on here who could help.
Size5 is on secondment from them and David Mond is their IP. Both post here and their details are in ask a question. Hopefully they will be able to find out what the problem is and hopefully give you some positive news.
