My husband received his completion certificate last Saturday and I have just checked and he is no longer on the insolvency register [:)]

I think we will have steak for dinner tomorrow.
We are both now debt free.[:D]

Congratulations - Lidl do some nice steaks at the moment:)
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Fab news. Well done. It gives hope to some of us who hopefully should be receiving our CC soon. I thought it takes about 3 months for the record to be removed

It can take up to three months - some are sooner. Mine was off in a couple of weeks but others, even though they have complained (Foggy was one) were told that it was the full three months. Depends on where you are in the pile I suppose!

Mine came off the register in 3 days and husbands was at most 5 days.

The steak was delicious [:D]

Congrats. Mine and the wife's came off within 2 days.
We also had steak [:D][:D]
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues

we are still on it (just checked) we received our certificate dated 15th July so it looks like we will be the full 3 months
If life is what you make it, I must have been in a strange mood when I made mine
