I have proposed a full and final settlement with Blair Endersby in October last year. I contacted them in December and completed my income and expenditure and was told this could take a few months to sort.I than rang on the 6th Jan to chase and was told it was being dealt with. Today i rang and was told nobody had done anything with my proposal and this would now be dealt with but it will take some months. What is the timescale for a full and final settlement? Has anybody else had such bad service and to be honest the people i speak to are so vague about any question you ask that you never get an answer that is the same as before. Can i propose my offer to the creditors directly as this would clearly be quicker?

You should contact the IP directly if there is an issue. BlairEndersby do have a direct link to the IPs and they post on this site.

Hi Hawk,

Not really good service there. I have a F & F going through at the moment with them and it has been turned around in about a month.

If they don't pick up on this, try emailing direct via this link:

Oh not sure why that is, I'm hoping they'll be online again soon to advise or why not find your IP via the link that Kallis provided and contact them direct?

I guess the reason that the link does not work is that the address is for jameskaye@blairendersby but he is not an ip provider for this company despite the fact all letters are signed by him.

I know other people have used this link recently with no problem. Not sure why it would go to James Kaye.

Hopefully BE will pick up on this again tomorrow.

I suggest that you try phoning or emailing BE - I'm sure they will tell you who the IP is now.

If you have a problem then try and find them via this link.

Do you need to contact them Tristan?
