we are currently awaiting a settlement figure regarding a car accident my husband had how will this affect our IVA and will we have to give it or some of it to our IVA????? please help me clear this up!!!!![?]

You will need to speak to your IP who will want a breakdown of any settlement. Some moines are exempt from the IVA but it may depend on when the accident happened and whether you used credit at the time. For example, loss of wages pre IVA are a windfall as this contributed to your financial problems. Your own IP will be able to help.

all came to nothing as e wasnt entiltiled to it.otherside contested it to it and they won never mind x
