How will my present financial arrangements work in an IVA ?

Thinking about a Iva plan as I have lots of debts my wages get paid into my partners account to pay food mortgage etc then I get money out to put in my account for loans and credit cards how will this work when I apply for Iva plan for paperwork etc

You will be providing payslips to prove your income and you will probably have to provide copies of the wife's bank statements to back up the expenses going out, as well as copies of your own. Shouldn't be a problem.

Do speak to a couple of providers, as they do all operate slightly differetly and some are more helpful than others.

This is not unusual and any decent IVA provider will have come across this before. I do think you should get your own account anyway or operate a joint account but that is entirely up to you.
