My husbands iva was completed a few months ago and we are waiting for the completion certificate. When it was was coming to an end we started clearing up his credit file. Nationwide credit card had put a default on after the date of the iva started. I spoke with them and they agreed to remove it. This was done and has been ok for a number of months. Checked Noddle today and the default is back on there with the same date. Pretty peeved about this and it means yet again quite a few calls needed to sort it out.

Not sure how this has suddenly happened again since it seemed it had been removed for months. The date of the default is dated May 2011 so will it come off itself anyway soon?

It may come off in a couple of months but I'd be inclined to speak to them. At least there is an 0800 number for them!

This does sometimes happen but it should drop off at the 6 year mark anyway.
