Whilst answering a post just, I realised that if you need to speak to your IP, or have a problem with any of your providers, it's usually an expensive call. If you log onto Saynoto0870 and put in either the company name or phone number, a lot of the time it will bring up the normal number. Doesn't always work but worth a try.

As you say, Kallis, always worth a try. Good bit of info there :-)
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

We have a freephone number or a standard national number so whichever is cheapest for the client. I do see these other firms charging their clients to call and it is not something we would do. It is hard enough being in an IVA without having a huge mobile bill caused by trying to speak with your IP.

Good advice though from Jan and I will bear it in mind.
