I have a iva with cleardebt it was apprved but im still being harrassed even thou they know ive got an iva in place they told me they will take me to court regardles what should i do
How long ago was the IVA accepted ? Some companies take a few months to catch up -- and the call centres really have no idea what they are talking about -- all they are interested in is getting a payment. As you are already in an IVA there is nothing they can do --- you can either fail the security questions, or simply hang up on them.

Agree with Foggy - they are powerless to do anything - they cannot take you to court. Speak to Cleardebt and ask them to speak to the creditors.
