amego loan

I have an amego loan which was guaranteed by my father in law he also pays it for me. I am having to enter into an iva do I have to declare this loan or can I leave it off the aplication

It will have to be declared to your IP --- as will ALL of your financial circumstances. However, your father in law will have to continue paying and could also become one of your creditors.

Amigo can be an awkward creditor but they still must be listed even if the guarantor is repaying the loan. It may make it more attractive that the debt is being repaid but they could still reject.
