Can the creditors take any of my pension fund now I have CC ?

I have finished my iva and have a completion certificate . I want to take some of pension fund out to buy a share of freehold of my flat. Can the creditors take any of this money as windfallm

If you have your CC then anything after that is yours. Your pension cannot be touched

As Kallis says -- the pension is yours to do with as you wish. You are free of your IVA and the IP has no further interest ( apart form PPI ).
