debt management plan is being dealt with Gophermoney Ltd who are based in Bolton phone number is 01204377174 and was being dealt with by John Parkinson. She is self employed and they have all her self assessment details and proof of earnings but are not returning her calls or emails. She is extremely concerned that they may have gone out of business.. She said they were due to check up on her final bills in order to set her Plan. She has been calling for the last 3 weeks but has not had any response, she desperately needs some help and advice.

I would suggest that the OP speaks urgently to another company.

If happy that a DMP is the way to go I would suggest Payplan or Stepchange -- they do DMP's free of charge ( being funded by the banks themselves).
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

According to Companies House, if I have the right Company, it is insolvent and is in a CVA:

Perhaps she should get advice from an insolvency firm especially if she is self employed. Many firms will not deal with self employed cases and offer the easier option of a DMP but many firms will take on self employed IVA cases. They may be more tricky but originally IVAs were introduced to allow self employed to trade on.
