She is self employed and they have all her self assessment details and proof of earnings but are not returning her calls or emails. She is extremely concerned that they may have gone out of business.. She said they were due to check up on her final bills in order to set her Plan. Perhaps she should get advice from an insolvency firm especially if she is self employed. Many firms will not deal with self employed cases and offer the easier option of a DMP but many firms will take on self employed IVA cases. They may be more tricky but originally IVAs were introduced to allow self employed to trade on.
