Hello.

My IVA has moved to creditfix. They are now asking me to provide my bank login details so they can do a annual review.
Is this a normal process? I haven't had much help with this question from my bank or the gov.uk contacts.

Thank you,

Jeff

This is a new system that CF seem to be introducing. They have no right to your login details and, personally, I would not supply them.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I don't think so and it might not be safe to do so. Instead offer to send them copies of the last 12 months statements so they can carry out their review.
