Having had a final review last year and with 6 months of payments left until my IVA finishes (the last payment is due in November 2017 ) I wanted clarification on whether or not my IVA company would carry out another final review and ask for all income and expenditure documents again. I would be most grateful if you cold clarify please as I have read other related posts but it still wasn’t clear to me, thank you.
In theory they should do a final review, but with the emphasis on checking that last years income, to ensure that all income, overtime, bonus payments, etc. have been acounted for. Some seem to "rubber stamp" this review and others do it properly. Only your own IP can say which way they will go.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
