Had our first review last month went well managed to pay £600 extra, had a few issues in the year, mother in law died had to pay £600 towards cost, car mot cost £500, new car radiator £100, washing machine went up it and to be honest we did struggle through the year, would any of these have qualified for a payment break not in monthly payments but some of the overpayments
The first step to getting back on track

It's always worth asking if an unexpected expense can be used to offset some extra payments. After all this is "bonus money" to the creditors and your IP might be able to assist with unavoidable outlay. I hasten to add that they are not obliged to allow any offset, but do have some discretion.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
