About to sign off to enter iva, it is for about 40 p to the pound would I be accepted!

Sounds like a reasonable dividend -- but, of course, this isn't the "be all and end all" .
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

No-one knows I;m afraid as it is up to your creditors to decide.

However your Nominee would not put the IVA forward if they didn't think it had a good chance of success and couldn't recommend that creditors accepted it.
