IVA started on 7th March, received credit card bill today, on it it states late payment fee £12 on 12th March and interest of £50 on 12th march!! whatdo i do about this?

phone them up and laugh at them!once the iva is agreed the creditors should have ncontact with you(i'm led to believe).

Hi, I kep getting statement for a while and each time I worte to the company explaining I was in an IVA and also passed on to my IP.
