My mother has an IVA in place. My disabled grandmother is going to be moving in with my mother soon and my mother wants to know if receiving the carer's allowance for my gran would affect her IVA.

Hi Cheryl, welcome to the forum.
Your mum will need to disclose this as extra income but this should be offset against extra expenditure.

As Pixie says carers allowance would be classed as additional income.
