can my partner and i take an iva out together or would they have to be separate

hello, ours is what they call seperate but identical if you can understand what i mean??????

Most couples do individual but interlocking and mutual IVA's. ie these are separate arrangements, but where there is one combined contribution paid over and each creditor gets the same dividend.
