Hi,

Can anyone tell me if job titles make any difference to the BR process?

IE. If you are not an equitiable partner/director in a business are all other titles irrelevant i.e manager but with no financial interest in the company?

If you are bankrupt, you are not allowed to be involved in the promotion, formation or management of a company until you are discharged. That is the technical answer, in reality there are many "managers" who are bankrupt.
