Put in a complaint as this is too long. Check your terms and conditions as usually your IP must call a variation within 21 days of your written request.

I contacted by IP and surprise surprise Payplan were straight on the phone to say that the letter is in post and meeting set. It's taking place today at 2pm so I am bricking it!!

Keep chasing for a response. I know you shouldn't have to but if you wait for Payplan, they will drag it out for as long as possible.

Wish me luck that my f&f is approved!!

Very best of luck from me but if there had been a problem I would have assumed that Payplan would have contacted you as soon as any query was raised. Hopefully this just means the proposal has been accepted and you get confirmation after lunch.

It is a shame you had to email the IP directly to get the service which you are paying for but fingers crossed your days with Payplan are nearly over. Please let us know how it goes later.

Hooray, I've finally got a F&F settlement approved, it's taken 5 months to get to this place, but well worth it, a chapter in my life that is closed.

It's not been easy, in fact very stressful, but I'm very pleased.

I feel I can now move on with my life, even though I've lost my husband to cancer when this process started.

Thank you to those have helped me with good advise, and been patient to the emails I have sent them (Michael Peoples) that's you.

All I can say is be as honest as you can, don't hide anything and in the end honesty does pay.

Great to hear this has finally been settled -- should never have taken this long, but done and dusted now. x
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
