Hello

I have currently paid 10k over 2 years of a promised 25k repayment to my creditors.

Due to my girlfriend becoming pregnant we will really struggle for money with the IVA in place. Kindly my father has offered to stump up 9k to be offered to the creditors as full and final settlement.

I would really like to know from as many people as possible their thoughts as to whether this offer will be accepted or rejected. I have stated in my offer letter that i am unable to find any further funds from the 9k offered and that bankruptcy may be my best option.

Thanks

AC

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

Congratulations on the impending new arrival.

Personally, I think that sounds a good offer.

Hopefully one of the experts will be along to advise further.

That sounds like a good offer to me given the circumstances you describe. Congratulations by the way on the good news.
