Hi to all who helped me last month, I have had a great response from DFD, (something that has never happened in the past) Declan has been great in getting things moving, and I am waiting to hear the results of a review on my IVA. I have requested that my creditors accept my payments to date (plus some cash being offered by my family) as Full and Final settlement. Without all your VERY helpful advice, I would never have thought to do this, Thank You. Take Care and have a GREAT Christmas Each and Every one of You Very Special People.
Best Regards
Warrenj
ps
will keep you informed of any outcome, you never know, I might be back for your help once again !!!

Sorry I forgot to mention that they are looking at PPI that I have paid on my bank loans and credit cards, this may be helpful to someone trying to reduce their debt.

Glad things are moving for you warren. Hope you have a great christmas too.

Good point about PPI possibly helping in the funding of a F&F.

as a recent Declan basher, can I just say well done Declan.

As a side note will IP's setting up IVA's reclaim ppi before the iva starts to reduce the level of debt? If the ppi thing is at some point going to end, then would it be prudent to start the ball rolling when someone phone sup saying I am in debt and need help?

I dont know if ppi cold be used as a full and final as its likely to be captured by an IVA anyway?

Yeah understand that Paul but I would think if you were putting up money for a F&F then having a PPI as well would up the dividend and may help the final decision!
