I am in a debt management plan with Angel Advance and have a creditor called Halifax Retail Recoveries, if i wanted to settle the balance what is the least amount that they would take?

This would be a matter that you would need to discuss with them -- there is no formula or precedent to follow.

You need to ask them - some creditors will accept a small payment rather than have the debt continue on for years and years.
