I have with a 3rd party a legally arranged delayed completion lease option property since 2012. I have not maintained the property or paid the mortgage since 2012. The optioner wants to exercise that delayed completion option and was alarmed to find the IVA have put a charge on the property that they had been paying mortgage and maintenance since 2012. What can they do to exercise that option they have paid for and complete the option?.

Hi,

Sorry I have no idea on how to deal with this but hopefully one of our experts will be along to answer.

IVA companies do not put charges against properties and restrictions are only put there with the consent of the owners. I am confused as to what you are actually saying.
