Concerned. Hi all. We are end of year 6 (nram) with payplan. we have equity, so prob looking at a 7th. My concern is that my partners work contract ends at the end of the month. So she will be jobless. Is this grounds to ask payplan to put to IP that they maybe accept payments to date?

It could be -- although they will likely suggest a payment break first to allow her to look for alternative employment.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I agree that they may give a payment holiday and then review it later. Is there any way you could raise even a token amount of money to try and finish the IVA now?

If that is the case a full and final seems appropriate and any medical evidence would be a help. Write to your IP asking for the variation to be called and this must be done within three weeks.

Fingers crossed you can get something sorted.
