Welcome to the site Debs and pppfffttt. I'm no good at the advice thingy (mainly cos i'm an idiot) however, we have some excellent advisors on here and I'm sure on will be along soon. Only thing I can say Debs is you've taken the first step which is always the hardest. Best of luck xxx

Welcome to Debs and pppfffttt from myself too.

Debs have you tried the CAB, they will ensure you're receiving all the benefits you're entitled too and may liaise with your landlord on your behalf as you may be entitled to housing benefit (assuming you're renting?)

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Welcome from me as well.

Debs, Lesley has given good advice - CAB will be able to help you sort out any benefits you are entitled to, you may find that you can have assistance with paying your rent for a start.
