Good luck struzzo - Im sure they will be able to answer your quiry quickly n let us know how you get on.

I always send in the actual wage slips - so then when they come back with there little bar codes on, they cant say they never had them!
Final IVA payment made in April 2013, never ever thought we could do it or get through it but we did! X

We have been told to send photocopies in now rather than the originals which I much prefer. At least if the copies get lost you've still got the originals at home.

I am also with BE. On my first 6 month review I was asked for payslips or P60 or bank statements showing wages being paid in. I sent in 6 months of payslips from my work and my P60 from my pension as I don't get monthly statements from them. BE were more than happy and I got all the originals back within 3 weeks. My next review is the first 12 month one.

Hi Pandy - your IVA sounds to be under the new scheme of the 10% rule - where mine was under the old 50/50.

They sometimes do send a reminder for your wage slips, but BE do state in the letters "they are not obliged to have to remind you". I would send them in every 6 months, recorded delivery & photocopy them before sending them off - just for your peace of mind.
You can phone BE n ask for some pre-payment envelopes (if you dont already have any) to be sent to you, then you only have to pay for sending them recorded.

BE are now under the remit of Grant Thornton so things might be different now.

My IVA was with Baines & Ernest and has now been taken over by Grant Thornton. I have been paying B&E 50% of my overtime didnt realise i can keep the first 10% have I been ripped off?

I doubt it will change, I think your IVA will continue as it was under BE.
