Well i FINALLY made it to a 1000... Wow, i've never really bothered with forums before this, but this place is such a rewarding place to post and help people.

Still, i'm getting on here a bit more than i was a few months ago again and it still fascinates me to read other people's stories.

Why am i feeling all smug? Well, I counted up my "spare coppers" jar last night and nearly had a heart attack. The equivalent of £170... Wow, still not sure how that happened.. Just got into a habit of emptying my pockets and putting any change in there, I hate it in my pockets...

Anyway.. Enough of me gloating.

I hope i'm here for another 1000 posts and beyond!!

:)))

Congratulations Animaleyes!

I really must start emptying my purse out at the end of each month - there's never much in it but every little helps!

I hope you stick around for the next thousand!

The pennies do mount up don't they? I save all my change now and one day I will open the tin and find out what's in there, I want to fill it as I need to open it with a tin opener. x

Thanks :)

Well i decided to get all spontaneous today and used the money to buy me and my other half a trip to Amsterdam.

The flights were only £44 each so bit of a bargain, and the rest will pay nearly 2 days of a hotel costs so it shouldn't be that expensive.

I don't know how many of you know skyscanner.net but it's really cool because you can leave your destination blank and just see what cheapest results show up :)
