In fact, thinking about this, everything is paid by my other half, and she will not submit anything to DFD, then I would be really stuck! Cant prove anything then can i :(

You need to speak to DFD about this as you should have a review every year.

There may be problems if your partner won't supply details. Is there any reason why she won't?

Did you actually receive a copy of the annual report danny? If not then your IP is in breach of their statutory requirements and I do think that you shoud pursue this matter.

I didnt receive anything, I received an annual review letter for the first time a week or so back. Started the IVA back end of 2010 though.
What should I do to pursue this?

She wont get involved with the IVA, she was aware I had one when we moved in and she picks up all the bills etc, I pay my share directly to her and pay for all the food. She doesnt want anything to do with it though so will not share any information with Debt Free Direct.

Just sent all the paperwork back for our first annual review. This first year has been tough with little or no money left each week, but at least we are paying it off and have met every monthly payment. Its been a bad year for break downs and repairs with the car and household appliances - which seem to have decided among themselves that they will all break this year!! Washing machine has just broke too last night[:(]Hey ho, where theres a will, theres a way[:)]

Hope we get through the first review without any dramas, could do without the extra worry at this time of year.

Best of luck with the review Jemste. If you have a large repair bill to foot, ask your IP if they might agree a break ( which will be added on at the end, generally).
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I am just in the process of completing my 1st Annual Review and I am quite nervous about it -- I have become quite a pesermist since I got into to debt and always look for the worst in a situation but reading my IVA company's website -- I am not so concerned. I have made all my payments, I have informed them when I have received a bonus and my income/ expenditure has only change by £13.

My one major concern at the moment is that I can't find my P60 -- is this a huge problem?
