Hello Everyone

Bit of a silly question really, but how long do I have to disclose I have an IVA for?

I'm 2 years finished and am considering a mortgage, but wondered do I have to disclose I was in an IVA once?

ALSO, do I need to disclose this for the rest of my life???

Any advice would be much appreciated...

Sharon

Only disclose it if you are asked about it.

Thanks Kallis

Have been to a mortgage advisor recently and he never asked, although he did mention BR.

Just wanted to check I wasn't doing anything wrong.

Good luck all

You can truthfully say that you've not been bankrupt, and if an IVA isn't mentioned by them, you don't need to tell them.
