Hi, my IVA should finish in May but I believe it will go on for another 12 months because of equity in my house. Does this mine I will have to do another review or do I just keep paying the original amount for another 12 months? Ebenegate did contact me and just asked for access to my bank account and debit card details. So they could access all my statements and cancel my standing order and take money direct using my card details.

I hope you have not given them access! No way would I do that. Yes, you may need another review just to make sure that all payments have been made and nothing has been missed.

The extra 12 months is the same as the previous 60 and you will still be reviewed. DO NOT cancel your S.O and give them card details. Nor do they need third party access to your bank account. Send them copies as you have done before.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
