Hi there.
I have a question.
I am starting to get default notices. Is the fact that I'm not entering into discussions with my creditors going to count against me at a creditors' meeting?
I am quite happy to phone them all and tell them that I'm applying for an IVA - but will this count against me at a meeting?
I would be very keen to know as I just hope my IVA is approved.
Now debt free after F&F in July 2012.

It will not make one blind bit of difference at your creditors meeting- and they are all very well aware that you are proposing an IVA.

Don't worry, we've all had them. Leave everything to your IP.

Its pointless phoning them all and even if you did they would still mostly keep hassling you to try and get money. Dont worry about it,it wont go against you.
