Hi all

Just an update really. Finally managed to convince my friend that she is in the clear. We have written to the creditor concerned. She has written a nice letter saying she is sorry and would not hear a bar of the ('b***** off you must be desperate, how dare you use scare tactics when you out of date and by the way what happened to treating people with respect?) type things that I suggested.

All is well that ends well.

Take care all

thanks again.

I'm glad she's sorted Lily. It's just a shame she didn't let you word the letter for her!

If they had driven me to the point that they had driven her I would not have been so polite. I have been there though I think I must still have some pent up anger I need to work on.

It would be a nice world if creditors could just ask nicely?
