I am just coming to the end of my second year of my iva and was just wondering, if the company i am with have been paid now what makes them keep working hard for me, if my iva fails now it wont affect them so do they care? I know its a very negative question but i worry.

Please don't worry Joanne - your company will keep on working for you and as long as you carry on paying then you won't fail.

This forum is always here for you as well.

Aw, don't worry!

Your IP takes a Supervisor's fee each month during the IVA. On top of that, he has professional obligations to act in your interest and could lose his license if he acts in a selfish or unprofessional way. I'm sure that you are in good hands.

Take care.

If you have any worries, speak to your IP.

Probably the fact that your IP is a highly qualified professional, who is not motivated by the money he/she is earning, but by the desire to see creditors paid as much as possible. That tends to motivate most of us to look after our clients to the best of our ability!
