My IVA was switched to ebengate, they have just emailed me regarding my annual review and are asking me to follow a link so they can access my bank statements. I am really not happy with this, do I gave to comply or can I stick to my previous method of sending copies of my statements?

No, you don't have to do it. I certainly would not be happy giving anyone remote access to my accounts. Tell them you will continue to send them as normal.

Thank you for your replies. It feels like since I was switched over I have had nothing but curveballs! 4 years down 1 to go, hopefully...

Are they asking for direct access to your accounts (a definite no!), or through open banking?

Probably through open banking, which, in all probability, is safe enough as it stands, but I would still not touch it with a barge-pole !
